Aurora Police arrested Arben “Ben” Duka, the owner of a drug screening business, on March 15th for felony unlawful sexual contact. The arrest came after a woman reported that Duka assaulted her following a urinalysis sample at his business, previously known as Wiz Quiz Employment Testing before being changed to Aurora Employment Testing in February of last year.
The Sex Crimes Unit is now urging any other potential victims to come forward and report any incidents involving Duka. Investigators have uncovered two additional reported incidents involving Duka and female victims in 2023. Both women reported similar incidents of unwanted sexual contact after providing urinalysis samples.
Duka was charged with unwanted sexual contact without consent and invasion of privacy for sexual gratification, both of which are misdemeanors. The case was filed in October and is ongoing. Anyone with information is encouraged to contact Metro Denver Crime Stoppers at 720.913.STOP (7867) and reference case number AP23-202838.
