American Vision Auto owner, Jessie Guadalupe Montes, is currently facing charges of theft and money laundering in Houston. Court records allege that Montes defrauded multiple customers by taking money for work that was never completed or for vehicles that he did not actually own. This is not the first time Montes has been charged with such offenses. He has a pending case in Lake Charles, LA, and a history of theft-related charges in Fayette, Austin, and Waller Counties.
