Healthcare Agencies Introduce Website for Reporting Anticompetitive Practices in Healthcare Industry

On April 18, the Federal Trade Commission, Justice Department, and Department of Health and Human Services launched HealthyCompetition.gov, a new online portal for individuals to report potentially unfair and anticompetitive health care practices. The goal of this initiative is to provide consumers and workers with a way to voice their concerns about any illegal business practices that harm them.
