On Saturday, June 8th, The Bar Method fitness studio in Wellesley, Massachusetts will celebrate its 10th anniversary with a morning of free classes. The studio, which has been open since 2011, will offer three free classes at 8:15, 9:30, and 11:00 a.m., featuring a live DJ and snacks. The current owners, Courtney Sawicki and Neely Dodge, attribute the studio’s success to a unique combination of supportive camaraderie, proven fitness techniques, and aesthetic appeal that have kept their doors open for a decade.
Meanwhile, Hipstich sewing and crafts studio in Church Square is expanding to a fourth location in Lexington. Already established in Newton and Brookline locations since 2007. Hipstich is currently crowdfunding to support this expansion effort. If you know of any businesses coming or going in the Wellesley area, don’t hesitate to share the news with [theswellesleyreport@gmail.com](mailto:theswellesleyreport@gmail.com).
