Man (31) dies following altercation at Nuremberg nightclub

A 31-year-old man passed away in a hospital after being involved in a fight in Nuremberg, Bavaria. The police reported that the man died on Sunday due to the serious injuries he sustained. Following the incident, two men aged 21 and 22 were taken into custody on suspicion of manslaughter.

The altercation took place early Saturday morning between two groups of three to four men each in front of or around the Nuremberg Club “Schimanski.” Security initially intervened to resolve the conflict, but the two groups encountered each other again shortly after in close proximity. The situation quickly escalated, resulting in a deadly fight. The 31-year-old victim fell to the ground and had to be resuscitated before he was rushed to the hospital with life-threatening head injuries.

The investigation into the case is currently being led by the Nuremberg Homicide Squad. Police are urging any witnesses who saw the altercation between the groups in the vicinity of the “Schimanski” club or nearby areas to come forward with information by contacting 0911 2112-3333.
